Responsibilities:

- Assist Loan officers with managing their commercial loan portfolio and coordinating loan processing
- Collecting customer information and needed paperwork to complete a loan package including applications, credit reports, financial statements, insurance docs, title work, and other relevant documentation.
- Coordinate closings paperwork and tasks as needed with third-party vendors and the borrowers
- Provide customer service to borrowers throughout the entire loan process
Qualifications:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
- Preferred at least 2 years of processing experience
- Working Knowledge of real estate documentation if possible
