1. Mortgage Loan Officer - Brentwood/Smyrna/Rutherford County

Our full-service residential mortgage department is currently seeking an experienced mortgage loan officer to add to our growing team. Residential Mortgage Loan Originator provides residential mortgage loans to borrowers looking to purchase real estate or refinance an existing mortgage. The MLO is responsible for lead generation as well as working with Bank Officers in managing referrals to the ML and originating quality conventional, FHA, VA and D loans based on secondary market guidelines through existing referral partners as well as generating and developing new prospects through realtors, builders, attorneys, CPAs and other sources.

Job Type: Full-time

Success Factors & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years residential mortgage origination experience required.
  • Knowledge of secondary market guidelines, laws and regulations related to mortgage lending.
  • Must have the ability to develop business in targeted areas and maintain current referral relationships while expanding new opportunities
Experience:
  • Loan origination: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

2. Treasury Management Operations Specialist 

The Treasury Management Operations Specialist oversees the daily operations of the Treasury Management (TM) operations department and ensures the efficient delivery, security, and accuracy of Treasury Management services provided to business clients. This role is responsible for supporting onboarding and implementation functions, maintaining treasury systems, and driving operational excellence through continuous improvement, training, and risk mitigation.

Job Type: Full Time 

Success Factors & Qualifications:

  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Experience:
  • 5+ years' experience in Treasury Management Operations with extensive knowledge of TM products including, but not limited to, ACH, Positive Pay, and Remote Deposit Capture. 
  • 2+ years' experience with Jack Henry CIF 20/20 or Silverlake core.
  • Knowledge of Banno Business. (preferred)

Responsibilities:

Client Support, Implementation & Onboarding

  • Oversee implementation and setup of TM services including, but not limited to, ACH, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, and Online Wire Transfers.
  • Support TM Sales Officers by converting revenue opportunities.
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding and complex client implementations.
  • Train staff and clients on TM products and systems.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance.
  • Review team’s back-office setup and documentation to ensure accuracy
  • Assist account officers with opening deposit accounts for new-to-bank TM customers

Risk Management, Compliance & Audit

  • Ensure operations adhere to regulations and bank policies.
  • Manage risk assessments for RDC, wires, ACH.
  • Coordinate audits for the TM department.
  • Monitor ACH company limits.

Systems Administration & Continuous Improvement

  • Oversee online banking systems, updates, and testing.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Participate in meetings and continuing education.

3. Bank Teller

The Bank Teller will complete deposits, withdrawals, and other financial interactions while providing excellent customer service. 

Job Type: Full Time

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Excellent math skills. 
  • Trustworthiness and the ability to act with integrity. 
  • Thorough understanding of customer service. 
  • Ability to speak and listen clearly.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment.
  • Ability to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects; reach with hands and arms. 
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
  • Vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision; depth perception; and the ability to adjust focus. 
Experience:
  • Money handling.  
  • Previous experience working directly with the public (Preferred)
Responsibilities: 
  • Cashes checks and disburses funds after verifying signatures and sufficiency of funds to support withdrawals.
  • Accepts deposits, confirming accuracy of transaction.
  • Prepares, verifies, and issues cashier checks.
  • Enters transactions in banks recordkeeping system, recording all transactions and producing customer receipts.
  • Evaluates checks to verify endorsements, dates, identification of persons receiving payments, bank names, and overall legality of the documents.
  • Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to promote new banking services.
  • Calculates daily transactions using appropriate technology.
  • Balances all monies in cash drawers at the end of shifts.
  • Accepts and counts inventories of cash each day.
  • Maintains a work area that ensures the safety of all negotiables and confidential records.
  • Prepares monies for deposit or shipment to branch banks or the Federal Reserve Bank.
  • Orders a cash supply to meet daily needs.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Complete all training by assigned deadlines.
  • Inform management of potential losses and or issues due to errors or fraud.
  • Regular and predictable attendance.
